Ingredients:
Group 1
- Paprika (2 tsp)
- Almond meal (1/4 cup)
- Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup)
- Red pepper flakes (1/4 tsp)
- Garlic paste (1/2 tsp)
- Oregano (1 tsp)
- Salt (1/2 tsp)
- Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
- 3 Chicken breasts (sliced in half)
Group 2
- 1 Egg
- Chicken broth (1 1/2 tsp)
- Olive oil (1/4 cup)
- Tomato sauce (1 cup)
- Cinnamon powder (1/2 tsp)
- Garlic powder (1/2 tsp)
Preparation:
Break egg in bowl and add broth inside. Mix well.
Add all the ingredients in group 1 into a food processor and grind them. This is your breading.
Use a meat tenderizer and soften the chicken. Season it with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in pan. Add in tomato sauce and 1 tsp of garlic. Add some salt, pepper and cinnamon powder to taste. Cook the sauce for 20 minutes under low heat.
Take chicken breast, dip it in egg and coat it well on both sides. Then dip the chicken slice in the breading (on both sides).
Repeat with other 2 pieces.
Heat some oil in a pan and fry all 3 pieces of chicken till they’re nice and brown.
Remove chicken pieces and place on a dish. Pour sauce on the chicken.
Ready to serve.
