Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
- 1 Egg
- Almond milk (2 Tsp)
- Baking Powder (½ Tsp)
- Cinnamon powder (½ Tsp)
- Sugar Substitute (½ Cup)
- Vanilla extract (1 Tsp)
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together to form a paste.
Make little balls from the paste (about the size of 1 tablespoon).
Flatten the balls with a spoon or a fork to make them flat cookies. Lay cookies out on a tray and bake them at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 °C) for 15 minutes.
Take out and allow to cool.
Ready to serve.
