Ingredients:
1 slice chicken breast
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 chopped green pepper
1/2 chopped red pepper
1/2 chopped yellow pepper
2 tbsp fajita spice mix
3 tbsp salsa
60 grams shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation:
Mix the chopped onions, chopped green, red and yellow peppers with the fajita spice mix and salsa.
Add in the cheddar cheese and stir the paste well.
Place slice of chicken breast on a pan with aluminum foil. Use a knife and make a few diagonal cuts along the chicken breast.
Rub the paste over the chicken and allow to marinade for 20 minutes.
Add chicken in oven and bake at 356 degrees Fahrenheit (180°C) for 20 mins.
