Recipe: Yummy Keto Gelato
Separate the 2 egg yolks from the whites. Add ½ tsp vanilla extract into eggs and mix the yolks.
Add one cup of heavy whipping cream and 1/3 cup sugar substitute into a saucepan. Bring to a slow boil.
Once mixture starts boiling, add 1 ½ tbsp of cocoa powder into the mix and stir gently. Let mixture continue cooking.
When mixture starts to thicken, turn heat off. Allow mix to cool a little.
Add mixture to egg mix and stir well.
Place mixture in freezer. Take out mixture and stir every 30 minutes. After 4 to 5 hours, you’ll have yummy keto ice cream.
