Mix well.<br>Add all the ingredients in group 1 into a food processor and grind them. This is your breading.<br>Use a meat tenderizer and soften the chicken. Season it with salt and pepper.<br>Heat olive oil in pan. Add in tomato sauce and 1 tsp of garlic. Add some salt, pepper and cinnamon powder to taste. Cook the sauce for 20 minutes under low heat.<br>Take chicken breast, dip it in egg and coat it well on both sides. Then dip the chicken slice in the breading (on both sides).<br>Repeat with other 2 pieces.<br>Heat some oil in a pan and fry all 3 pieces of chicken till they\u2019re nice and brown.<br>Remove chicken pieces and place on a dish.
